Which plan should I choose?
- Free — you're getting started and want COD rules and a simple fee.
- Basic — you need more orders, analytics and live chat.
- Pro — you want a Dynamic Fee (your store must also be on Shopify Plus).
- Advanced — you want unlimited orders, no overage fee and hands-on onboarding.
Yearly billing
Advanced can be billed once a year: $79.99 instead of 12 × $7.99. Basic and Pro are monthly only, because their extra per-order fee is billed with each monthly bill and Shopify doesn't allow extra charges on a yearly plan. Switch between monthly and yearly on the app's Plan page.
When does my order count reset?
Each billing cycle follows your Shopify billing date: 30 days on a monthly plan, a year on a yearly one. The bar at the top of the app's Plan page shows when the count resets — the date, and on plans with an order limit, the exact time in your store's time zone. The first COD order after that moment starts the new cycle at 0: it's never counted, or charged, against the cycle that just ended.
What happens at the order limit?
On Free, Cash on Delivery is hidden at checkout once you reach 150 COD orders in the billing cycle, until the next cycle starts or you upgrade. On paid plans COD keeps working, and each order over the limit has the small extra fee shown above. The Dashboard shows how close you are, and we email you as you approach and pass the limit.
