Set up your program
Storefront widget
A rewards button sits in the corner of every page of your store. Clicking it opens a panel with everything about the customer's membership.
What customers see
Visitors who aren't signed in see how to earn and a prompt to join or sign in, with the signup bonus if you offer one.

Signed-in customers see their balance (and any pending points), how far they are from the next tier, and these tabs:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Earn | Every way to earn, with the points for each. Birthday and social actions are done from here. |
| Rewards | Rewards they can redeem, and how many more points they need for the others. |
| VIP | Your tiers, their perks, and which tier they're in. |
| Refer | Their referral link, if referrals are on. |
| Activity | Every change to their points. |
Change how it looks
Go to Widget in the app menu and click Customize on the Rewards widget card. The preview updates as you change things.

| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Button text | Leave it as "Rewards" and shoppers see the word in their own language. |
| Position | Bottom right or bottom left. |
| Brand color | Used for the button, the panel header and highlights. Pick a color dark enough for white text. |
Switch it on or off
The widget is a theme app embed called Loyalty program. The Widget page shows whether it's on in your published theme and has a button to open the theme editor. To hide the program from your store, switch the embed off and save.
Points on product pages
Add the Loyalty points block to your product page to show what a purchase earns, for example "Earn 35 points with this purchase". The number follows the variant the shopper picks and is worked out the same way orders earn points. When a VIP tier earns more than the base rate, a second line says "VIP members earn more".

To add it, open Widget in the app menu and click Add to product pages on the Points on product pages card. The theme editor opens with the block added to your product page. Drag it where you want it, then click Save. The card then shows Added, and its button opens the theme editor, where you change the block's text, icon and colors.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Text | Leave it empty to show the built-in text in the shopper's language. Or write your own: bold, italic and links work. Use [points] for the number and [points_name] for what you call your points. Your own text shows as written in every language. |
| VIP text | The same for the "VIP members earn more" line. Switch the line off with "Mention that VIP members earn more". |
| Icon | One of 13 icons, none, or your own image, with its size and color. |
| Colors | Text, number, background (gradients too) and border. Empty ones use your theme's colors. |
| Layout | Text size, alignment, border thickness, corner radius, padding, and space above and below. |
The "Powered by" line
The panel shows a small "Powered by Loyalvia" line. It's removed on the Growth plan and higher. See Plans & billing.
